Wonderful and amazing hotel, stayed here for 4 nights and had a really nice experience. I really enjoyed reasonably large room with swimming pool views. The staff was excellent and exceptional, offered very good services.

Great Location and Spacious Room 🌟 the room was big and had a nice couch bed, a kettle, and a lovely balcony. It was located close to an art museum, which was really nice.

Very good breakfast buffet. Good location. Quick check in/out. Wellness area.
This time we had a mansard room with a bedroom area without windows. Neither the bio sauna nor the steam bath worked in the wellness area. Deductions in terms of comfort and price / performance ratio due to the points mentioned Water in the swimming pool could be warmer in the winter months.

Quiet, sunny location; spacious rooms; really good spa, sauna, steam, etc facilities; about five minutes' drive from Kitzbuhel (hotel reception staff advised free, easy to find and large car park in easy walking distance of the town centre).
no iron or ironing board in the rooms; EUR15 for breakfast is a lot for a continental breakfast buffet (wouldn't take the option again).

This place was top, notch , super clean and just plain wonderful. the views of the mountains were breathtaking 🏔️. the suite they put us in was just perfect , everything was spotless and neat as a pin.
